Photofun, inc. (hereafter and collectively referred to as .Photofun), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement sets forth our current privacy practices with regard to the information we collect when you or your computer interact with our website. By accessing www.photofun.com, you acknowledge and fully understand Photofun.s Privacy Statement and freely consent to the information collection and use practices described in this Website Privacy Statement.

2. Participating Merchant Policies

Related services and offerings with links from this website, including vendor sites, have their own privacy statements that can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding links within each respective website. Online merchants and others who participate in Photofun services are encouraged to participate in industry privacy initiatives and to take a responsible attitude towards consumer privacy. However, since we do not have direct control over the policies or practices of participating merchants and other third parties, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or contents of those sites. 3. Information We Collect and How We Use It

Customer Information is requested whenever you use www.photofun.com. Photofun collects certain information from and about its users three ways: directly from our Web Server logs, the user, and with Cookies
We only collect information that is relevant to the photo service we provide. When you want to upload digital pictures or view others' pictures on the Site, we will ask you to provide your user name and password. When you want to share your pictures with others ("Invitees"), we will ask for your email addresses and the email address of the of your Invitees. When you complete a purchase from Photofun, we will ask you to provide shipping and billing information so that we can fulfill your request. You may also give information when you answer survey questions and organize your photos on www.photofun.com with titles, captions, categories, etc.

How does Photofun use Customer Information?

Photofun uses customer information to provide you with a personal service at www.photofun.com and to communicate about our services.
We consider customer communication to be an integral part of the Photofun photo service and therefore we may use your email and mailing address to inform you of site improvements, feature announcements, newsletters, and  promotional offers. Therefore when you sign up to use Photofun you are automatically opting in to receive such communications. Only Photofun will send you these emails or mailings for these purposes. Customer communication is a vital part of your use and membership of Photofun. If you do not wish to be a member you may always cancel your Photofunmembership, by writing cancelmymembership@photofun.com.

a. Web Server Logs.

When you visit our Website, we may track information to administer the site and analyze its usage. Examples of information we may track include:

c. Personal Information Users

Visitors to our website can register to purchase services. Photofun.s Web pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons . sometimes also called single-pixel gifs . that allow Photofun to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services. Photofun may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.
Some of these Web beacons may be placed by third party service providers to help determine the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns or email communications. These Web beacons may be used by these service providers to place a persistent cookie on your computer. This allows the service provider to recognize your computer each time you visit certain pages or emails and compile anonymous information in relation to those page views, which in turn enables us and our service providers to learn which advertisements and emails bring you to our website and how you use the site. Photofun prohibits Web beacons from being used to collect or access your personal information.
